How it started and on-going vision

Thank you for taking the time to visit Empower Therapeutics and learning about the company's foundation and vision for an effective communicative future. Natasha Randolph, MS, CCC-SLP, began Empower Therapeutics with a mission to advocate for empowered and accountable communication skills.

Treatment areas include all areas of langauge, including articulation skills, tutoring early literacy skills, parent/teacher trainings, social language groups, and homeschool lessons.

¡¡Hola! I am Natasha Randolph, owner and therapist at Empower Therapeutics. I am a bilingual speech therapist who is licensed in the state of Texas. I was guided to speech therapy after my father suffered a series of strokes. However, I became emboldened in advocating for communication interventions after studying how great of an impact communication disorders have throughout our journey in life.

I am a first-generation American, whose parents immigrated to the USA from communist Cuba in the 1960's, leaving all their worldly belongings behind. Their journey and testimony has strengthened my resolve to help others find their 'voice' and help them give meaning to their words.

At Empower Therapeutics, focus is set on family involvement with communication needs, wants, and treatment. Empower Therapeutics utilizes holistic and evidence based practices to support a client's treatment plan.
